If a dispute cannot be settled between us, a consumer may refer it to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, or to a recognised alternative dispute resolution body competent for this sector. The competent Bulgarian courts remain available in any event.
We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and we decide case by case, but we will always say so plainly.
Text and the presentation of our own work on this site belong to us. Please ask before reproducing them commercially; for editorial and press use, write to us and we will normally say yes and send you better files.
Product names, drawings and specifications prepared for a commission remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
