Privacy policy

We are a workshop, not a data business. We collect what we need to answer you and to build and deliver what you ordered, and nothing beyond that.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is:

Registered name

UIC / EIK
207368811
Represented by
Emil Yolkov Petrov
Address
Boulevard "Tsarigradsko shose" 133, 1784 Sofia, Bulgaria

Write to the e-mail address above for anything to do with your data, including the requests described in section 6.

2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry
  • Your name, e-mail address and, if you give it, your telephone number
  • What you tell us about the piece, the room and your requirements
  • Any photographs or drawings you choose to send
When you order
  • Delivery and invoicing address
  • Order, payment and invoice records
  • Correspondence about the commission, including progress photographs
When you subscribe to the mailing list
  • Your e-mail address, and the date you subscribed
When you visit the website

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and diagnostics. See the cookie policy.

We do not collect special categories of data, we do not profile you, and we take no automated decisions about you.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

Answering an enquiry
Steps taken at your request before entering a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
Performing an order
Performance of the contract with you — Art. 6(1)(b)
Invoicing and bookkeeping
Compliance with a legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c)
Mailing list
Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a), withdrawable at any time
Server logs and site security
Our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure — Art. 6(1)(f)
Defending legal claims
Our legitimate interest in establishing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f)

Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before you withdrew it.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is disclosed only where it is necessary:

  • To the carrier who delivers your order — name, address and telephone number, so that they can deliver it
  • To our accountant and to the tax authorities, for invoicing and statutory bookkeeping
  • To our hosting and e-mail providers, which process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement
  • Where we are required to disclose it by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim

The specific providers we use are listed on request. Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders
Up to 12 months, then deleted
Order and project records
For the duration of the contract, then for the statutory guarantee and limitation periods
Invoices and accounting records
For the retention period required by Bulgarian tax and accounting law
Mailing list
Until you unsubscribe
Server logs
A short period set by our hosting provider, for security purposes

When a retention period ends we delete the data or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
  • Have inaccurate data corrected, and incomplete data completed
  • Have your data erased, where one of the grounds in Art. 17 applies
  • Restrict processing while a dispute about accuracy or lawfulness is resolved
  • Receive the data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable form, and have it transmitted to another controller
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your situation
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these, write to emil.fardigital@gmail.com. We reply within one month; where a request is complex we may extend that by two further months and will tell you if we do. There is no charge, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

7. Complaints

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first — most things are quickest to fix directly.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), the supervisory authority in Bulgaria, or with the supervisory authority in the EU member state where you live or work.

8. Security and changes

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to correspondence, order records and invoices is limited to the people who need it to do the work. We keep no payment card details.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed; where a change is significant we will say so to anyone whose data is affected.
